Tasting notes: Intense, deep dark red color with clear violet reflections. On the nose it reminds of various spices, typical of the variety, on the palate it is still a bit young, but with a lot of bite and an interesting tannic acidity. The aromas of vanilla, smoke and slightly green berries are unmistakable.

Pairing: Red meat or pasta, but especially recommended to enjoy after a festive menu, alone or with cheese.
